Mileage: about 8.5 miles

Total Run Time: 94 minutes
Total Mileage: about 10.5 miles

I took the running easy today after yesterday and also because tomorrow is going to be a pretty hard day. The morning run was easy and the circuit training was all right (I just hate workouts that don’t involve running). In the afternoon, the weather was great and while the trail was a bit muddy (I also don’t recommend running in Nike Frees when it’s muddy) it was really nice running with my coach and a teammate.
