Strength: Circuit Routine

My legs were still worn out so I made today my circuit training day.  I made my own circuit routine consisting of  a trampoline, a jump rope, and a bendy thing with handles (I forget the name of them).  The circuit I did was actually hard and my whole body felt like it really worked out.  I also decided on taking it easy this weekend since official track practice that-is-actually-harder-and-where-my-coach-will-actually-make-me-go-really-hard starts on Monday.
