Day #33 “A New Use For Saturdays”

I got up today and didn’t feel like doing anything.  I was still tired so I decided to go on an easy run but do a kind of harder circuit training routine.  The circuit training routine I do is actually pretty hard so today wasn’t an entirely lazy day.  My routine is 2 minutes of each “station” which are the following: jump rope, resistance band (I do some sort of penguin waddle with them), crunches, arm swings with weights, calf raises, push ups, trampoline run-in-place.  I go through the set twice.  I also did a “glute” routine that my coach gave me to do.  I have to say that it hurt like heck.

Run Time: 20 minutes

Mileage: 2.5
