It came to my attention that I the way I was posting and blogging wasn’t really working out. While blogging almost everyday is nice, it eventually (like right now) ends up with me essentially blogging about blogging. So I was suggested to change things.
The new format/posting schedule is on every Sunday, my workouts for the week will be posted as a straight up training log sort of post. Occasionally, I will post something throughout the week if there is something I want to talk about.
