Monday: pm 64 minutes, 8 miles
Tuesday: pm 38 minutes, 5 miles + some weight training
Wednesday: pm 24 minutes, 3 miles
Thursday: pm 20 minutes, 2.5 miles + 15 minutes of bike machine + weight training
Friday: pm 58 minutes, 7.5 miles
Saturday: pm 20 minutes, 2.5 miles + 60 minutes of cross training
Sunday: pm 20 minutes, 2.5 miles + 90 minutes of swimming (play pool sort of swimming)

Total: 31 miles
