Monday: pm 20 minutes, 2.5 miles + 40 minutes of cross training +1.5 hours in the pool
Tuesday: pm 20 minutes, 2.5 miles + 60 minutes of cross training
Wednesday: pm 20 minutes, 2.5 miles + 40 minutes of cross training + 60 minutes in the pool
Thursday: pm 36 minutes, 4.5 miles
Friday: am 30 minutes, 4 miles + 4x50m strides
Saturday: am 22 minutes, 2.75-ish miles + 4x50m strides
Sunday: pm 65 minutes, little over 8 miles

Total Mileage:  26.75-27 miles

Sunday was Day 173

NOTE:  Was on vacation for this week (except Sunday)
